FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Register of Medical Grade Footwear Practitioners established.2 August 2003 Peter Reeves, the Managing Director of RIMS Consulting Pty Ltd, confirmed that the first cohort of Medical Grade Practitioners completed the requirements of the criteria established by the AMGFA and would therefore be entered onto the register. Mr. Reeves said, "The Medical Grade Footwear Register is setup to assist patients and doctors looking for quality advice and products about footwear suitable when medical problems restrict the mobility of patients. The people that earn the right to be placed on the register has shown that they have the competency to provide quality advice and products."
